Smith Street Station is a 29 unit furnished apartment facility for individual adults (one person occupancy). Smith Street Station is a quiet example of decent, safe, affordable housing.

Smith Street Station is a three story apartment building, close to shopping, bus lines, theaters, and businesses, has an on-site laundry facility, community room, and an on-site resident manager.

A diverse group of residents make up the community of this complex. The Station is unique from most apartment complexes in that it offers welcome aboard packets for new residents, tickets to civic and social events, group activities, e.g. picnics, trips to baseball games, referrals to social services as needed, and crisis intervention.

RCCR partnered with Pison Development and the West Virginia Housing Development Fund to develop 3 Senior Housing Projects, Knollview Village Apartments, Willow Tree Village  and Willow Tree II Apartments.

Knollview Village Apartments is a 48 unit senior housing project in St. Albans in Kanawha    County. This beautiful 1 and 2 bedroom brick and vinyl facility is conveniently located on a 5 acre knoll just off of Route 60. Willow Tree Village Apartments is a 48 unit senior housing project in Hurricane in Putnam County.  This wonderful 1 and 2 bedroom building is located close to shopping, churches, banks, medical facilities and many eateries.  Units are available for seniors who are 55 years of age and older.  For more information call 304-562-7656. 

Willow Tree II opened in 2010 and is accepting applications. It is also a 48 unit senior apartment building.
