Smith Street Station is a three story apartment building, close to shopping,
bus lines, theaters, and businesses, has an on-site laundry facility,
community room, and an on-site resident manager.
A diverse group of residents make up the community of this complex. The
Station is unique from most apartment complexes in that it offers welcome
aboard packets for new residents, tickets to civic and social events,
group activities, e.g. picnics, trips to baseball games, referrals to
