Following the success of our first two years, we are excited to invite you to participate in RCCR’s 3rd Annual Housing Fair. We invite you to join us for this one day community event on Saturday, November 7, 2026, focused on educating residents and prospective homebuyers about achieving and maintaining successful homeownership. The Housing Fair connects individuals and families with valuable resources related to homebuying, financial education, home repair, housing counseling, neighborhood revitalization, and long term housing stability. Our goal is to increase awareness of programs and opportunities that help individuals and families build generational wealth through sustainable homeownership and community investment. New This Year: Neighborhood Blooms
In partnership with the City of Charleston’s Heart of Our Neighborhoods initiative, RCCR will distribute 10,000 free daffodil bulbs to Charleston residents during the Housing Fair to promote neighborhood beautification, community pride, and citywide spring blooms.
