After a successful first year, we are excited to invite you to return to the RCCR Housing Fair! Last year, we welcomed over 300 attendees, and we hope for the same—or even greater—turnout this year.
Join us for a one-day community event on Saturday, November 1, 2025, where we educate residents and prospective homebuyers about achieving and maintaining homeownership. The Housing Fair will provide resources for first-time homebuyers, current homeowners, renters, and anyone interested in learning more about purchasing, repairing, and maintaining a home.
The Housing Fair will feature workshop sessions, raffle giveaways, and space for housing-related agencies, realtors, lenders, insurance agents, attorneys, and other professionals. Exhibitors will have opportunities to interact with attendees and share information about the programs and services they offer.
Our goal is to increase awareness of housing programs that support the creation of generational wealth through sustainable homeownership.
New This Year: HUD Healthy Homes Program
We’re excited to announce that applications for the HUD Healthy Homes Program open on November 1! 🎉
If you live in Charleston’s 25302 ZIP code and your home needs repairs—such as 🏠 roof replacement, 💧 plumbing or electrical updates, or help addressing mold and moisture issues—this program may be able to help.
The initiative is designed for 👵 elderly, ♿ disabled, and 💰 low-income homeowners, providing essential health and safety repairs that make homes safer and healthier at no cost to the homeowner.
Our partner, 🤝 Rebuilding Together Charleston, will be completing the repair work and assisting with applications, making this a true community effort to preserve affordable housing and help residents stay safely in their homes.
