Charleston Housing Fair & Neighborhood Blooms

Join us for RCCR’s 3rd Annual Charleston Housing Fair on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 10 am to 1 pm at Beni Kedem Temple, 100 Quarrier Street, Charleston. Admission is free, and pre-registration is optional.

Following two successful years, the Housing Fair brings together organizations and professionals to help residents and prospective homebuyers explore opportunities for achieving and maintaining successful homeownership. Whether you’re preparing to buy your first home, looking for home repair resources, working to improve your credit, or seeking guidance about maintaining the home you own, the fair offers a welcoming place to ask questions and learn about available support.

Connect with exhibitors, attend informational workshops, and explore resources related to homebuying, financial education, home repair, housing counseling, neighborhood revitalization, and long-term housing stability. Our goal is to help individuals and families build generational wealth through sustainable homeownership and community investment.

New This Year: Neighborhood Blooms

Help Charleston bloom this spring! Neighborhood Blooms is a community beautification project led by RCCR and funded by the City of Charleston’s Heart of Our Neighborhoods initiative. This year, we’re distributing 10,000 free daffodil bulbs to Charleston residents and businesses to brighten neighborhoods and begin an annual tradition of color, pride, and hope, one bloom at a time.

Register in advance to reserve 24 daffodil bulbs for your household or business, then pick them up during the Housing Fair. Limit one reservation per household or business. Participants must live in Charleston or represent a business located in Charleston and plant the bulbs this fall on a Charleston property where they have permission to plant.

Advance registration reserves your bulbs. Unreserved bulbs will be available at the fair on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Use the form below to reserve your free bulbs. Registration is only needed to reserve bulbs through Neighborhood Blooms; you do not need to register to attend the Housing Fair.
